About
Built by Icon.Partners. Run by lawyers who have done this for a while.
One provider, one contract, one invoice. Here is who is behind it.
Icon.Partners
Icon.Partners Contract Desk is built and run by Icon.Partners — an international legal and licensing group working since 2012 across more than 40 jurisdictions, with over 350 clients served. The group’s core work is corporate structuring, licensing (crypto, payments, gaming), cross-border tax and commercial contracts for technology companies. The desk is the contract practice, packaged so that a company without an in-house lawyer can buy it by the month.
Who does the work
Every matter is handled by Icon.Partners’ own lawyers. The team is qualified across English, Estonian, Polish and EU law, and Icon.Partners has locally admitted lawyers on staff in the jurisdictions our clients sell into — including Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France and the UK. When a contract is governed by the law of a specific country, the review is done by our lawyer admitted there. We do not refer work out and no third-party firm is involved in your matters. Every redline is signed off by a senior lawyer before it leaves the desk, and you keep one point of contact.
The entity you contract with
AndAnd Operations OÜ, registered in Estonia (reg. no. 16445425, VAT EE102489723), Narva mnt 7-634, Tallinn 10117 — the Icon.Partners operating company for the desk. It signs the service agreement with you, issues the invoices, and is the controller of your account data and processor of your matter data under a written DPA.
Why this way
A desk, not a firm. On purpose.
Law firms sell time. The incentive is to spend it. A desk sells a finished contract for a price you knew before we started, so the incentive is to close your deal — and to build a playbook that makes the next one faster.
It also means we can be honest about scope. Routine commercial paper is what a desk does well. Litigation, financings and licensing are Icon.Partners work, priced as projects, and we will tell you which is which before you spend a euro.

Next step
Ask the awkward questions.
Who is my lawyer, who is on the other end of the redline, what happens if it goes wrong. We would rather answer those on the first call than the fifth.
