Icon.Partners Contract Desk is a service of Icon.Partners, operated by AndAnd Operations OÜ (Estonia, reg. no. 16445425). Legal services are provided by Icon.Partners’ lawyers and, where the law of a specific jurisdiction requires it, by Icon.Partners lawyers admitted in that jurisdiction.

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Nothing on this site is a guarantee, warranty or prediction regarding the outcome of any legal matter.

When an engagement arises

Visiting this site, booking a call, or sending us information does not create an engagement. No engagement arises until a service agreement with Icon.Partners is signed by both you and Icon.Partners.

Please do not send confidential information before a service agreement is in place. Information sent to us before that point may not be covered by Icon.Partners’ professional confidentiality obligations, and prior representations of other clients may prevent us from acting for you.

Conflicts

Before accepting a matter, we run a conflicts check. If a conflict prevents us from acting, we will tell you promptly and will not use information you have shared.

Who processes your information

Information you send is received and processed by AndAnd Operations OÜ (Icon.Partners) as controller for account and contact data and as processor for matter data under the DPA in your service agreement. Within Icon.Partners it is shared only with the lawyers and project staff assigned to your matter, under confidentiality obligations. It is not used for any other purpose.
